Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• More than 24 hours’ notice –No charge
• 12 to 24 hours’ notice –50% of session fee charged
• Less than 12 hours’ notice or no-show –Full session fee charged

Why This Policy Matters

Each appointment slot is set aside specifically for you. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows make it difficult to offer that time to others in need. This policy ensures fairness and allows us to continue offering high-quality care.
